Stand out with your custom apparel products. We can embroider your logo onto shirts, caps, jackets and other apparel.
You can embroider multiple colours without extra setup fees but there  is a one time per logo “disk” fee. Once the disk is made it is easy to re-run your logo.
The cost per logo is based on the number of stitches in the logo and the speed at which the machine can go based on the type of fabric and design you are stitching so the true cost must be quoted for each job. Many shops offer free disks after a certain order quantity we can do that too because truthfully the disk fee gets worked into the overall run cost.

11,000 stitches and over, add $0.45 per 1000 stitches. Digitizing costs are $10 per 1,000 stitches.

Embroidery pricing depends on the stitch count, which is based on the size of your graphic.
Hat designs can be no more than 2 1/4” in height.
Left chest designs tend to be no more than 3 1/2” wide or tall.
Letters should be no smaller than 1/4” for optimum clarity.
The average 6 mm (1/4”) lettering can be calculated at approximately 100 stitches per letter.
The average 12mm (1/2”) lettering can be calculated at approximately 250 stitches per letter.

Embroidery works best on thick items, we can embroider on tee shirts and other thin items but generally silkscreen printing is preferred. For large embroidery designs we can do an appliqué process where cut fabric is sewn down, this can yield amazing effects and cut down on the run time per design.
